Family history was told in story form and I incorporate writing of stories that I invent combining remembered experiences with adult conclusions.” Dallas artist Celia Alvarez Muñoz graduated from the University of Texas, El Paso and received her master’s from the University of North Texas. Her work is influenced by oriental ancient and contemporary graphic arts through history.
